Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
